Possession is a commitment, not a promise
We publish the possession date the developer has committed to in writing, with the RERA reference where one has been provided.
Specifications can change
Layouts, frontage and service provision may be revised before handover. Check the final agreement rather than the marketing material.
Questions we are asked
- Is the frontage shown final?
- Not until the unit is demarcated on site. Under-construction frontage figures are marked as to be confirmed unless the developer has issued a measured plan.
- What happens if possession is delayed?
- Your remedies come from the agreement and the applicable RERA registration, not from us. Have the agreement reviewed before you pay.
