Where the owner has confirmed lock-in and escalation terms, we record them. Where they have not, the page says so rather than guessing.
Fit-out and handover
Bare-shell, warm-shell and fitted units need very different fit-out budgets and timelines. We state the handover condition on the listing.

- Deposits vary widely by micro-market and owner. We show the deposit the owner has quoted for each unit rather than an assumed multiple.
- Can terms be negotiated?
- Frequently, particularly on lock-in and fit-out periods. We will tell you where there is genuine room and where there is not.
